Before her role in Arizona, Rose served as senior vice president of Business Management for TSMC North America, where she contributed to TSMC\u2019s leadership in the semiconductor sector through her collaboration with many of the company\u2019s valued U.S. customers.  Rose has also championed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in her roles at TSMC. As an example, she launched the \u201cGreat Place to Work\u201d initiative at TSMC North America, cultivating an inclusive and empowering workplace culture, and served as the executive sponsor at TSMC North America\u2019s \u201cWomen@TSMC\u201d employee resource group.  An avid mentor and community advocate, Rose is committed to nurturing future leaders and supporting her community. She has mentored over a dozen emerging leaders and has represented TSMC at industry events such as San Jose University\u2019s Women in Engineering conference and the Global Semiconductor Alliance\u2019s Women\u2019s Leadership Initiative. Additionally, she has volunteered at organizations such as Second Harvest Food Bank and Dress for Success, reflecting her dedication to social impact.  Rose earned her Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her career includes leadership roles in engineering, quality, and sales at Chartered Semiconductor, GTE, National Semiconductor, and Siliconix. She and her husband have recently relocated to Phoenix, Arizona."}
