Rafi Islam is the CEO & CTO at Cactus Materials. He has 20+ years of experience in Semiconductor Device Manufacturing and Packaging. Cactus Materials, Inc. is a Compound semiconductor IDM and Foundry in III-V (GaAs/GaSb) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) for AI photonics and High Power devices. Previously, he worked at Intel corporation, managed diffusion 14/10 nm node technology manufacturing at AzFSM and lithography R&D in packaging at SPTD. Rafi received Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from ASU. Outside work, he participated in Ironman/Marathon.
